Tom is great! The only bad thing is that there is no restroom access when the office isn't staffed.

I used Guardian Storage for 3 months and from start to finish everything went smooth. Tom, the property manager, was tentative and helpful. If you are on the 3rd floor interior… not a problem. Plenty of carts to load up on elevator and a covered area outside to unload. I would use them again.

The company I work for has used Guardian Storage for over 10 years, we had (I think) the 10'x25'. Very nice staff there who was always helpful when I needed anything. The place is very secure and climate controlled. This is a great centralized location for the Westminster area and I would highly recommend!
