Prescott went out of his way to help me and was so patient through my many calls and contacts in setting arrangements for my storage unit to be emptied and closed. I am very pleased with the one on one interaction that this storage place provides. I scheduled for a 5x10 storage but ended up going up to the 7x10 storage because I didn’t realize until I saw it how small it was. The in person interaction made me feel very comfortable with making a decision about it quickly! I’m a first time renter so I wasn’t sure walking in what it would be like and Hope made me feel very welcome and comfortable during the whole process and broke down everything so I knew what I was signing up for! Customer service is an 11/10 for the Robsinon location! Excellent people and an amazing team from the phone call to visit! Will definitely be recommending in the future!
