I visited the Guardian Storage facility in Hampton Twp. and was immediately impressed on how clean and well kept it was! The manager, Zach, was fantastic - very customer focused, incredibly patient in answering all my questions (and I had a lot), very knowledgeable about literally everything I needed to know and things I didn't even think to ask. I was considering two different sizes in their climate control facility and he provided a tour of where those various sized storage units were located, which was super helpful! Honestly, this is a full service facility (with a business center and coffee station), they're customer focused, courteous, helpful and friendly! If you need a safe and secure storage facility to hold any or all your "stuff" - this is the place to go - you won't be disappointed!

The woman was so sweet, calm voice yet provided a professional attitude and kindly walked me through the process of setting up a unit online and sending me the documents needed to get my entry code and storage unit number. Very helpful, calm, friendly. Perfect for her role. I give her praise of the highest 5 stars. I hope all customer service workers follow her lead. I will pass along a good review for this Hampton location. Very large and clean, safe. I'm pleased and won't trust anyone else with my belongings. Nothing bad to say, great crew!

This storage facility is so great. It is always so clean and inviting. The conference room is rentable and is a really good space for meetings or to do a bit of solo work. Noel and Zach are extremely polite and I love talking to them whenever I come in. Anyone who needs storage unit should rent here because it is so easy to talk to the workers!
