I recently rented two storage units and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was extremely helpful, especially when I needed a larger second unit on short notice. They were able to quickly accommodate me with an indoor unit, which was greatly appreciated given my time constraints. The onboarding and move-out processes were both smooth and efficient, and the property manager was excellent about answering and returning calls promptly. Overall, outstanding customer service and a very well-managed facility.

The team here is fantastic! We had 3 units with them for 2 years! They are such a friendly and professional team, always willing to go above and beyond (we were 800 miles away the entire time) and were always very responsive anytime I needed anything. If I ever need to store again in the area, I will ALWAYS choose this location. Highly recommend!

I visited the Guardian Storage facility in Hampton Twp. and was immediately impressed on how clean and well kept it was! The manager, Zach, was fantastic - very customer focused, incredibly patient in answering all my questions (and I had a lot), very knowledgeable about literally everything I needed to know and things I didn't even think to ask. I was considering two different sizes in their climate control facility and he provided a tour of where those various sized storage units were located, which was super helpful! Honestly, this is a full service facility (with a business center and coffee station), they're customer focused, courteous, helpful and friendly! If you need a safe and secure storage facility to hold any or all your "stuff" - this is the place to go - you won't be disappointed!
